什么是超平地坪？

地坪限定叉车永久性使用的巷道区域（即限定交通区域），通常归类为“超平地坪”。一个典型 的例子就是应用VNA通道以及高层货架的配送中心地坪。

这类装备先进的仓库地坪必须具备有超精度的平整度和水平度，其要求远远高于常规地坪，才能 够充分发挥VNA系统的功能。

巷道地坪的落差必须采用F-number系统和专用仪器进行检测。

What is Superflat Floor?

Foors which support vehicular traffic along paths that are defined and do not change during the life of the floor surface (is Defined Traffic) are normally referred to as "Superflat".Defined traffic normally applies to very-narrow-aisles(VNA) ware houses in which VNA forklift trucks travel the same path in the same direction every day.

This type of most advanced material handing system requires the installation of a very flat floor with controlled accuracy and far much tighter tolerances than conventional slabs.

Tolerances for conformance are necessary in the wheel tracks only,and they are measured by special floor profiling instrument.

超平地坪的标准 The Superflat Standards

标准:

地面施工根据美国混凝土协会的ACI 302.1R的规范

完工后地坪符合国际上认可并通用的地坪平整度标准ACI 117

地坪平整度及水平度测量为根据ASTME1155的检测方法采用 F-Number系统。

Standards:

Floor installation to be in accordance with the Guidelines as described in ACI 302.1R for Concrete Floor and Slab Construction;

Floor finish tolerances for various uses shall conform to the flatness and levelness requirements

Finished floor surface profile to be measured in accordance with ASTME1155"Standard Test

Floor flatness and Floor Levelness"using Face Floor Profile Numbers(F-number System).

F-number系统-FACE Floor Profile Number:

推荐使用的描述地面平整度和水平度的体系方法 。阐述地面平整度和水平度必须有两个独立的F-number。

平整度F-number(FF):

是通过沿被测区域的测量时每1-ft(300mm)间距落差的连续变化值表示地表的崎岖不平。

水平度F-number(FL):

是通过沿被测区域的测量线测量每10-ft(3m)的连续距离内的落差来表示相对于地坪等级顺应性。

F-number System-It is recommended that both flatness and levelness requirements be described by FACE Floor Profile Number.Two separate F-numbers are required to define the required flatness and levelness of the constructed floor surface.

The Flatness (FF) controls local surface bumpiness by limiting the magnitude of successive-ft (300mm) slope changes when measured along sample measurement lines. Diagrammatic representations are given below.

The Levelness F-number(FL)controls local conformance to design grade by limiting differences in departures from design grade over distances of 10 ft(3m) when measured along sample Jrement lines.
